The Maintenance position supports all aspects of building services and facility maintenance, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting building systems.  It also requires a broad knowledge of welding, fabrication, plumbing, and some electrical knowledge.  Qualified candidates must be able to read and work from blueprints and diagrams.

Experience and qualifications:
  •  Knowledge of sling rigging and proper lifting.
  • Ability to weld all forms: MIG, TIG, GAS, WIRE, and ARCH.
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatics and water systems.
  • Knowledgeable of electrical, plumbing and hydraulic systems.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Basic knowledge of wood, metal, and concrete design, construction and fabrication.
  • Powered Industrial vehicle experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention detail, a sense of urgency, excellent problem-solving skills, communication, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
