We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and forward‑thinking Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Racine, WI. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our production ecosystem—coordinating workflow, optimizing planning processes, and ensuring we deliver high‑quality products on time to customers around the world.

What You’ll Do

As our Planner, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by:

  • Managing all planning activities within your product line—from scheduling orders to supporting production through shipment.
  • Building and maintaining an efficient demand and supply plan aligned with market forecasts and customer commitments.
  • Ensuring cost‑effective, seamless flow across operations to drive on‑time delivery and high product quality.
  • Leading and facilitating SIOP activities for your product line, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Continuously improving planning techniques, processes, and parameters to reduce inventory, enhance cash flow, and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Partnering closely with the Value Stream team to provide accurate order status updates and recovery plans when needed.
  • Serving as a key liaison between planning, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, customer service, and sales.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP systems and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Familiarity with JDE (JD Edwards).
