About the Role
Twin Disc Manufacturing is looking for a Revenue Accountant who enjoys getting into the details and wants to make a real impact in a growing manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone with a strong accounting foundation who likes working across teams, digging into individual transactions, and having visibility to leadership.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team with a broad scope, where your work directly supports forecasting, revenue accuracy, and executive decision‑making. If you’re curious, analytical, and motivated by learning and growth, this is a great opportunity.
 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Dig into revenue transactions to make sure everything is recorded accurately — details matter here
  • Support technical accounting, including revenue recognition and documentation
  • Play an active role in SIOP, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Take ownership of weekly Accounts Receivable calls, including prep, analysis, and follow‑ups
  • Analyze contribution margin and performance trends
  • Partner with internal teams on SOX‑related activities and internal controls
  • Support project accounting, keeping financials aligned and on track
  • Share insights and updates with the executive leadership team
  • Look for ways to improve processes, systems, and reporting along the way

What a Typical Day Looks Like
  • Reviewing individual transactions to spot issues before they become problems
  • Working in Excel to build and maintain reports and analysis
  • Collaborating with sales, operations, and finance partners
  • Balancing ongoing reporting with project‑based work
  • Having visibility and a voice in conversations with leadership

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4–6 years of accounting experience
  • Strong background in technical accounting
  • Experience helping with or supporting SOX/internal controls
  • ERP experience preferred (JDE or SAP is a plus)
  • Solid Excel skills, especially:
    • SUMIFS
    • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
    • Pivot Tables
  • Strong critical thinking skills and comfort working with financial systems
